Blue Drum Purchasing Process for Brokers and Traders ( Transaction Terms)
1. Buyer submits LOI or ICPO
2. Seller issues FCO.
3. Buyer counter signs FCO for acceptance of the conditions & terms of seller.
4. Buyer issue proof of founds (POF/BCL) or authorizes MT799 bank to bank verification of funds.
5. Buyer & Seller sign the Proforma Invoice.
6. Buyer issues Draft LC.
7. After acceptance, Seller issues Commercial Invoice.
8. Buyer issues 100% irrevocable, Transferable (Revolving) LC, a non-transferrable LC is possible under certain conditions.
9. After Buyer issues the LC from reputed Bank to cover the quantity as per contract, Seller will start shipment of goods.
