Sahi Rasa started with a small team of engineers. Over the years, the questions became bigger, the projects became more complex, and so did we.
Sahi Rasa grew by following problems that needed to be solved.
One step
after another.
In 2018, a group of engineers and university graduates came together in Iran with a simple idea: build things that actually work.
It started with medical engineering.
Sahi Rasa began its journey by designing and manufacturing medical equipment, initially focusing on physiotherapy.
Then people asked for more.
Demand grew beyond individual equipment. We started equipping hospitals and clinics, consulting on their requirements and helping them launch their facilities. This was the beginning of our Medical Engineering Department.
Equipment was only the beginning.
We eventually started supplying raw materials, components and production requirements for pharmaceutical factories outside Iran. That experience became the foundation of our Supply Chain Department.
Then we started building entire projects.
After years of understanding materials, manufacturing and supply, we moved into turnkey projects. We began connecting investment opportunities with investors across different countries and delivering industrial projects from the ground up.
And that became our industrial division.
Today, our industrial team can take a project from an early idea to a functioning business — from feasibility studies and business plans to product design, machinery, construction, commissioning, branding and market entry.

Medical Engineering
This is where Sahi Rasa started.
What began with the design and manufacturing of physiotherapy equipment gradually developed into a broader medical engineering capability.
Today, we work with hospitals, clinics and healthcare operators from the initial requirement to setup, installation and implementation.
Industrial Projects
At some point, supplying equipment was no longer enough.
We started helping companies build what they actually needed — factories, production lines, products and complete industrial operations.
Today, our industrial department can take a project from the first idea to an operating facility.
Supply Chain
We learned supply chain by doing it.
After working with medical equipment and industrial manufacturing, we started sourcing raw materials, components and production requirements for factories outside Iran.
Today, the department connects manufacturers, suppliers and buyers across several markets.
Technology Department
Technology came from our engineering roots.
Built around engineering and academic experience, our technology team develops digital tools and platforms to solve problems that cannot always be solved with traditional methods.
Today, the department works across several fields, with artificial intelligence at the center of many of our new projects.
Commercial Department
Businesses do not stop at borders.
Our commercial department was built to move products, services and opportunities across those borders.
Today, our team operates across Iran's land borders and works on import, export, trading and logistics projects connecting businesses across the region.
