Self-Crosslinking Acrylic DTM Binder SR PR587L Buy from Iran
SR® PR587L is a self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion for direct-to-metal (DTM) applications. It has excellent corrosion resistance without the use of anti-corrosive pigments as determined by ASTM B 117 salt spray resistance. With a solids content of 45.0 ± 1.0%, viscosity of less than 200 cP (Brookfield LVT, #2, 60 rpm), pH of 7–8, MFFT of 22°C, adhesion of 5B (Cross Cut, ASTM D3359), and hardness of 72 s (Koenig), it provides excellent balance of appearance and performance. SR® PR587L complies with ISO 12944 classes C1 to C3.
