SR 300 is a vinyl acetate emulsion homopolymer, free of plasticizer and stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol. This high-performance resin is specifically engineered for machine-made carpet finishing (moquette sizing), nonwoven fabric finishing, wood glue, and paper/packaging adhesive applications. With a solids content of 50 ± 1%, viscosity of 85000 ± 15000 mPa·s (Brookfield RVT, Spindle 7, 20 rpm), pH of 4 ± 1, and a minimum film forming temperature of 14°C, it delivers hard, stiff films with no surface tack and a Koenig hardness of 215 s. The resin has a high filler-loading capacity, allowing it to be used pure or with fillers for different levels of stiffness.
