Polyacrylate Dispersant SR PR642 Original Iranian
SR® PR642 is the sodium salt of a carboxylated polyacrylate, supplied in solution form. This high-performance dispersing agent is specifically engineered for aqueous coating systems, clay slurries, and pigmented paper and paperboard coatings. With a solids content of 42 ± 2%, viscosity of 750 ± 250 mPa·s (Brookfield LVT, Spindle 2, 60 rpm), pH of 10 ± 1, and density of approximately 1.2 g/cm³, it delivers low-foaming dispersing activity with excellent performance for a wide range of inorganic pigments and clays. It is especially useful for systems involving titanium dioxide and extenders, and demonstrates superior performance with reactive pigments such as zinc oxide or basic lead silicate.
