SR® PR 519C is a pure acrylic emulsion specially designed for the manufacture of environment-friendly and high-performance road marking paints. With a solids content of 49 ± 1%, viscosity of max. 1500 mPa·s (Brookfield LVT, Spindle 1, 60 rpm), pH of 9 ± 0.5, MFFT of approximately 48°C, and density of approximately 1.06 g/cm³, it delivers clear tough films with excellent adhesion to the substrate. The emulsion paints based on SR® PR 519C have good stability, excellent wet scrub resistance, faster drying even at high humidity, excellent early wash resistance, low dirt pick-up, and good UV resistance.
