The milk line is an integrated dairy process. Capacity is determined during engineering (typical ranges 500–5000 L/h or higher). The process sequence is: milk reception and storage, separation and standardization, homogenization, pasteurization, cooling, filling, coding, and labeling.

Main machinery includes storage tanks (5000–20000 L), separator (1000–5000 L/h), homogenizer (1000–5000 L/h), plate pasteurizer (500–5000 L/h), filling machine (2000–12000 bottles/h), and labeler (2000–6000 bottles/h).

Supporting infrastructure covers electrical power, steam, process water, refrigeration, and hygienic building design. Manpower is typically 8–15 persons per shift.

Manufacturing Process
